Vandagriff & Associates was started during May of 1977 by Mr. Virgil Vandagriff. At that time
he was employed full time by the Marion County Sheriff's Department. As the business grew in succes Mr. Vandagriff
saw the need to incorporate. This was formed in 1982. The business at that time consist of Private Investigations, Polygraph,
Voice Stress Analysis and Employee Screening. In 1984 employee screening was growing nationwide and Employee Management
Systems emerged. In 1989 Mr. Vandagriff retired from the Marion County Sheriff's Department and devoted his
full attention to the business.
